Shipping Policy

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process.
• Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
• No orders will be shipped on times other then our office hours.
• Please allow 3-7 business days after your order ships for UPS, or 1-2 weeks after your order ships for USPS.
• All orders over $50 will ship for free IF you select USPS for your shipping method. All other methods will be charged according to the amount during checkout.
• International shipping is handled by our international branch CAA-Tactical, and costs are subject to change. The method of shipment for international orders is EMS, and there is a minimum of $35.

Damaged / Defective Goods

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Command Arms, TDI, First Samco products. If at any time you find your product to be defective or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at 1-267-803-1517 for a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Exchanges / Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s) please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization 1-267-803-1518. If you have purchased the product directly from us we will replace, exchange, or refund. If you purchased the product from one of our dealers or distributors, we will replace your product for another. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
